She has an artistic eye for creative design and is able to help sellers get their homes ready to hit the market and sell for top dollar! Shiloh left her 18-year career as a hairstylist/makeup artist in 2013 to join Nathan and get her Real Estate license as well!

Nathan De Martino has been a Realtor in the Greater Phoenix area since 2006.

Nathan has diverse experience in Real Estate specializing in REO/distressed properties while working for 8 of the largest banks in the nation during the 2009 downturn. His strength in leading a large team of successful agents to grow & prosper while watching the Phoenix Metro Valley boom and become an even stronger state. This has given him insight & knowledge to help their clients sell & buy homes while knowing they are being well taken care of!
Born & raised in Southern California has given himself his laid-back/assertive approach to become the perfect blend & withhold Maricopa County's TOP 10% of Realtors in the Valley for the last two decades. Personal Note,
We've used Nathan & Shiloh to sell our home and purchase our new one. They made both transactions as smooth as possible. We were able to close on both homes the same day.
